How do you work differently than other Realtors?
I am a firm believer that there are many phenomenal Realtors in Tulsa. I’m proud to be among the award-winning group of multi-million dollar producing agents in this area. The quickest way to get a feel for how I work differently is to visit my client testimonials page and read reviews. I have a history in teaching, and it’s deeply important to me that my clients are educated and in the know on every step. I know that you want to understand this process, and you deserve no less. In what areas around Tulsa do you help buyers search for homes? Do you have any recommendations of areas we may not have considered?
I serve the entire greater Tulsa area! I have helped successfully sell and close homes in Broken Arrow, South Tulsa, North Tulsa, Midtown, Owasso, Collinsville, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Verdigris, Glenpool, Keifer and Mounds. As a Tulsa Realtor, I pride myself in being familiar with numerous areas, and every area has something amazing to offer. I realize that many Realtors choose to work within a specific geographic pocket, or “niche.” For me, I prefer to specialize in finding you the right house in the right place, at the right price.

Do you only work with buyers coming from out of town? What if I want to try to buy a home and I live here already?
I work with ALL buyers! Yes, I often help people who are coming from out of state, because my own experiences moving make me a natural fit for people relocating here, but I work consistently with buyers who are from, or already live in and around the greater Tulsa area. If you already live in the Tulsa area, and are looking to hire a seasoned buyer’s Realtor, let’s schedule a time to chat!

What if I have never bought a house before at all? Can you help me as a first time home buyer?
If you’ve never bought a home before, and are feeling overwhelmed at the very thought, this is what I know: You don’t know what you don’t know! You may not know where to start, or what the right questions are to ask. This is where my decade of teaching experience prior to Real Estate is really going to help you. I got you! My rule is simple: Ask me anything. There are no dumb questions. I’ll guide you on what you need to know, and when you need to know it. I use a combination of tactical, brass tacks (the REAL need to know) tips, a roadmap of how to make it happen, and a large dose of emotional support. You will be educated, involved and guided every step of the way. You deserve to be educated on each and every step.

Do you work with people looking to sell a home in the Tulsa area?
I work well with homeowners looking to lean on my expertise in what will help sell your house fastest, for the most dollars. I do limit the number of homes I list as a seller’s agent each year, to ensure that this is a good match for both sides.
